Tokuyo Return Policy

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER SUPPLIED BY TOKUYO

You must call 1-832-819-1112 and speak to a return specialist for authorization. Tokuyo will authorize returns under the following conditions:

  1. You must contact Tokuyo to return your item within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund (No returns will be accepted after 30 days)
  2. All items must be returned in new and working condition to receive a refund.
  3. Parts are returned in the original shipping package with original packing materials. The packing slip and unused parts credit form must be included in the box. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items may be subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned in like new condition with all original packaging to avoid a restocking fee. (Restocking fee may cost up to 20% of item’s cost.)

Additional Return Information

  • Tokuyo only works with preferred partners. Under no circumstances can we accept returns from delivery companies not scheduled and approved by Tokuyo.
  • The customer will be responsible for getting product beyond the threshold/door.
  • Tokuyo will contact the freight carrier to pick up packaged product at customer location.
  • Once unit is returned back to Tokuyo, Tokuyo will refund the original order total minus return shipping charges.
  • It’s recommended that customers retain the original packing material for at least 30 days, in the event the unit needs to be returned. Return pick-ups are made Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

All sales are final. Our promotions and sales are limited in nature, so we do not offer refunds, returns, and or exchanges for orders made during promotional periods. Warranties are still upheld and you can reach us at info@tokuyousa.com for full support on product-related inquiries.

Returns and Refunds

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed.
  • Tokuyo reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
  • We do not accept any return merchandise without order# or shipped out over one month from shipping date.

Tokuyo aims to provide the best quality equipment, on-time delivery and 7 days a week after-sales support. We do ask you, our customers, to keep in mind:

  • If you have any questions, please contact our after-sales team at info@tokuyousa.com. If the device malfunctions due to user disassembly and repair, this is not covered by our warranty but we are happy to provide on-going technical guidance.
  • If the device fails and cannot be used normally, please provide a valid order number, photo and or video evidence via email and our team will assist. If you are not able to provide information as requested by our team, we cannot provide corresponding support and service.
  • Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. No Exceptions.
  • Products return must be in new & resalable condition. They will be inspected upon receipt.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable. This includes shipping to customer address & back to our warehouse. Any order with free shipping will be assessed standard shipping charges.

10% restocking will be applied. Refund will be made after merchandise is returned back to us and after inspection.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & CLEARANCE

In some cases, VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs and/or duty fees required by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Tokuyo does not offer refunds or accept returns for recipients' failure to pay customs fee or taxes.

If Customs clearance procedures are required, delays may occur, which may affect our original delivery estimation time. Tokuyo is not responsible for any packages held by a country's Customs Office.
